Rick's 1972 Honda XL250


I completely restored this 2100 mile bike, one of the first XL250s brought into the United States.

It featured the following:

a beautiful, new ($400) professional paint job, tank and fenders, with correct factory striping,

new cables, levers,  and grips, 

new fork tubes and seals, lowers were painted factory grey,

new sprockets and chain, 

new DID rims, painted hubs and new spokes and nipples, 

new IRC tires,

new, factory piston, valves, and cam chain tensioner,

rebuilt head, cylinder and head were painted factory grey,

new shocks.
